1. Platform Description

Dirty Rich Club ("Platform") is an international members-only network operated by Sugar Agency LTD, enabling members to create profiles, publish requests, offer services and connect with one another.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to natural persons with full legal capacity. Membership may be subject to invitation, approval and additional verification.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, join the waitlist, or use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Harass, threaten or harm other members
  • Publish illegal, defamatory or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform
  • Use automated systems to scrape or interact with the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos and software of the Platform are the property of Sugar Agency LTD or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Agency LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it for the operation of the Platform.

9. Account Rules

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for reasons relating to the security or integrity of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
